According to meteorologists, the cyclone will remain in the Mediterranean at least until the end of the month. Experts also warned about the possibility of increasing the risk of fires.

However, the temperature is extreme for the end of August not only in Italy but also in Portugal. There, authorities advised tourists to avoid direct sunlight from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and to use sunscreen with a high SPF.
