Montenegro canceled the mask regime in most public places

According to the Montenegrin TV channel RTCG, since April 7, the Montenegrin authorities have canceled the mandatory mask regime in most public places in the country.

This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Health of Montenegro, Elena Borovinich-Bojovic. She noted that the epidemic situation in the country has improved significantly.

From Thursday, the wearing of masks in shopping centers, shops, schools and gyms is cancelled. Previously, the requirement for tests and certificates to enter the country, as well as the presentation of certificates for visiting restaurants, was canceled. Thus, almost all epidemiological restrictions have been lifted in Montenegro. The mask regime is still maintained only in public transport and in medical institutions.
