Ireland outlaws Russian planes

Following the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA), which outlawed more than 700 Russian leased aircraft, the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) joined the sanctions. It revoked the certificates of airworthiness (SLG) from Russian aircraft registered in this country.

According to the information of the Federal Air Transport Agency on the “registration” of aircraft of Russian airlines, 37 airliners fell under the restrictions – that’s how many are now under the jurisdiction of Ireland. Rossiya, IFly and Alrosa have such aircraft.
