A couple of tourists on vacation in Hurghada, Egypt, lost their phone. Trying to find the missing, they took a taxi driver, but the hotel said the travelers would pay for their investigation and go to jail. The travel agent told an unusual story of the rest of travelers with a criminal connotation in her blog.

In short, the story of the victims is as follows: sellers from the fur department offered them a free ride to a large leather and fur store and take them back to the hotel. To do this, the organizers called a taxi. It was in the car that the tourist lost his phone, the search for which almost cost him his freedom. The author clarified that the phone was inexpensive, but the value was not the device itself, but its contents.
“The boys immediately called from his wife’s office. The man picked up the phone and repeated “hello, hello.” I had to ask Russian-speaking sellers to tell the driver to come back or at least tell them where to come by phone. The person who was asked to talk before the trip did not say anything, and the sellers were “absorbed” somewhere, – said the tourist.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the couple turned to the guide and told about what happened. However, the employee was not “eager” to find out the location of the phone. “A certain Marina (located directly in ALBATROS JUNGLE AQUA PARK 4 *), who organized this trip,” escaped from the horizon “and in correspondence with the victims covered this driver in every possible way. The vacationers then told the hotel guide that they intended to call the police to deal with the incident. However, instead of helping her compatriots, the tour operator’s representative intimidated them with a real prison term. “If the driver’s guilt is not proven, you will go to prison. In addition, the travel agent said that the guys bought three excursions from the same guide, and chased the rest for three days. They were also unlucky with the return transfer. In the lists posted at the reception on the eve of departure, tourists did not find themselves at 2:00 or 8:00 am. So, if they didn’t understand, they would miss their flight.
“The guys told me that they honestly tried to be positive and sometimes they succeeded. For the first time in many years of work I hear about such a vacation. The coincidence did not allow tourists to completely relax. They were told to take a break from this vacation! ” – concluded the author.
