“Ukrzaliznytsia” is bringing back the “Bukovelsky Express” for the New Year holidays, which will take tourists to the popular ski resort.
According to the press service of the company, train #810/809 “Lviv – Yasinya” will depart from Lviv on December 30, 31, January 6, 7, and 8 at 7:00 a.m. and will arrive in Yasinya at 12:25 p.m. Back, from Yasiny, departure at 15:10 and will arrive in Lviv at 20:50.
It is noted that the train will pass through Khodoriv, Halych, Ivano-Frankivsk, Nadvirna, Delyatyn, Yaremche, Mykulychyn, Tatariv-Bukovel, Vorokhta, Voronenko, and Lazeshchyna.
A comfortable regional diesel train DPKR-3 will run on the route.
Tickets are already available in the “Ukrzaliznytsia” application, in the chatbot, and on the website.
Winter routes of “Ukrzaliznytsia”
From December 22, 2022, tourists can reach the Bukovel ski resort by shuttle buses from the Tatariv-Bukovel railway station, which can be run by one of six Ukrzaliznytsia trains. The shuttles are adapted to their schedule.
In addition, from December 30, “Ukrzaliznytsia” will launch daily train #745/746 Kyiv – Slavske, which will take tourists to the famous ski resort.
Also, “Ukrzaliznytsia” has scheduled additional trains for the New Year holidays to Lviv, Uzhgorod, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi, which will also help Ukrainians reach the Carpathians.
