The Turks will build another luxury hotel in Egypt, and in a luxury resort

The international hotel chain Oti Hotels & Resorts, part of OTİ Holding, a large hotel holding company of Turkish origin, continues to “expand” to Egypt in accordance with its goals for 2022. The company plans to open a luxury hotel under the Xanadu brand in one of the most luxurious areas of the resort of Hurghada – Makadi Bay.

According to representatives of OTİ Holding, the hotel called Xanadu Makadi Bay, built on an area of 500,000 square meters in the Hurghada region – Makadi Bay, Egypt. The new luxury hotel with 815 rooms is designed for 2,200 guests, which will be served according to the concept of Xanadu High Class All Inclusive. Tourists are promised seven different themed restaurants, a 4,000-square-meter spa, a 1,500-square-meter children’s club under the Sun Family Club brand and more.

“The hotel positions itself in the upper segment of the international hotel industry with traditional Xanadu quality,” the company said. They note that previously tourists could meet this concept only in Turkey – at the Xanadu Resort in Belek and the Xanadu Island Hotel in Bodrum.

In Egypt, tourists will be able to test this hospitality in the near future. Xanadu Makadi Bay Hotel will receive foreign guests from April 2022.
