China has introduced a visa-free regime for citizens of six more countries

The Chinese authorities have expanded the list of countries for which a visa-free regime is being introduced. It now also includes Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Let us remind you that from December 1, 2023, a visa-free regime was introduced for citizens of Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Malaysia. The regime is temporary, it is valid until November 30, 2024.

Citizens of these 12 countries can stay in China without a visa for up to 15 days.

They are allowed to enter for tourism, for business, visiting relatives and friends, and also to transit through the territory of the PRC.
