Airbnb has published a list of popular international destinations and presented its forecasts for 2024, declaring it the year of global exploration, VisaGuide.World reports.
Japan and Italy top the list of places to visit this year. The company noted that in Brazil, the number of searches for the Carnival weekend in Rio de Janeiro increased by 136 percent.

Airbnb also noted that some destinations saw an increase in search activity in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to the same period in 2024. The list with the highest increases in search activity includes Japan, Taiwan, Albania, Singapore, Finland, United Arab Emirates, Curacao, Aruba, Thailand, and Guatemala.
