Beaches closed at Egyptian resort due to shark

According to Al-Masry al-Youm, in Egypt, in the popular resort of Dahab, the beaches were closed due to the appearance of a shark off the coast. This was stated by the head of the Department of the Ministry of the Environment, Mohamed Salem.

He clarified that the shark was spotted near a popular tourist beach in the Dahab area. The authorities immediately demanded to close all the beaches of the resort for swimming, diving, and fishing. Swimming is prohibited until further notice.
