New sanctions against Russia, additional military and financial assistance to Ukraine – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz spoke about this. Zelensky announced this through a post on Twitter.
They spoke after European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson visited Kyiv and its recently liberated environs.
