The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine stated that part of the Black Sea port of Olbia, given to the concession of the Qatari company Q Terminals, was damaged during the attack by the Russian military, according to Reuters and Ukrinform. No one was injured in the attack. No further details were reported.
Q Terminals is a consortium of state-owned Qatar Ports Management and logistics company Qatar Navigation. In 2020, the consortium received the right to develop and operate the port for a period of 35 years.
