German political scientist: Russia planned genocide after the capture of Kyiv

“Russia planned to take Kyiv in three days. The Russian army bought 45,000 body bags and brought mobile crematoria. I am sure that mass executions were planned in Ukraine,” wrote German political scientist Sergei Sumlenny on Twitter.

As the political scientist emphasizes, back in 2021, the Russian authorities adopted a document on preparations for the creation of mass graves right from the time of World War II. The document “State technical standard for excavations and maintenance of mass graves in war conditions” was adopted in September last year and entered into force on February 1, 2022.

The enormity of genocide

Sumlenny continues, citing experts, that the size of mass graves provided for by the new Russian technical standard is “thinkable only in the event of a nuclear war or a pandemic.” “It seems that mass graves were also envisaged for Ukrainians, because on February 26, the Russians published an official article called “Victory,” the political scientist writes.

The political scientist claims that this is an instruction that describes how to bury 1,000 people within three days of the start of the war. The team of people “responsible” for the creation of mass graves will consist of 16 people. Tractor bulldozers are recommended, and everything will require digging a pit, preparing the bodies and burying them in two rows.

Propaganda

“It seems that Russia planned a quick occupation of the country, the occupation of Ukraine and genocide, including mass executions of government members, civilians, artists, intellectuals, etc. This would be the greatest genocide since World War II,” writes Sergey Sumenny.

He attached an image of a plan for creating mass graves to his message.

Finally, the political scientist notes that “On February 26, 4 days after the planned attack (February 22) and 2 days after the real attack, the largest Russian state portal RIA Novosti (obviously by mistake) published an article about the victory over Ukraine and the final solution of the Ukrainian issue.

He ends his post with the words: “Therefore, it is not surprising that Ukrainians are not happy to listen to German advice to capitulate and save lives.”
