Nutritionists explain that it contains antioxidants necessary for diet. Including it in the diet can help in the fight against extra pounds.
The effect of the drink is due to caffeine, in particular, its ability to stimulate thermogenesis – the process of producing heat in the body, which speeds up metabolism and helps burn more calories.
“As long as you don’t put a lot of sugar, heavy cream and other unacceptable ingredients in it, coffee can be an important part of a weight loss diet,” says Manaker.
However, experts warn against drinking more than 4 cups a day.
