Gulf countries will launch a single tourist visa by the end of the year

The Gulf countries plan to launch a single tourist visa, the so-called “Arab Schengen”, by the end of this year. This was announced by the Sharjah Trade and Tourism Department.

The visa will be called GCC Grand Tours and will allow tourists to spend more than 30 days in six countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

We are currently developing our electronic visa platform, and are also negotiating with major tour operators who will offer services in all countries of the region. All six Gulf countries will be promoted in tourism markets as one destination.
