Travel regime for citizens of Ukraine

Entry regime: Visa (except for diplomatic and service passports – up to 90 days, seafarers’ passports – up to 30 days).

The visa can be obtained directly from the Embassy or Consular Office of the SRV. Documents can be submitted directly to the Embassy or Consulate, and a visa can be obtained with a confirmation letter from the Vietnamese Immigration Service.

In addition, if you have a confirmation letter, a visa can be obtained at certain border crossing points: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang International Airports, certain land border crossing points.

A confirmation letter can be obtained by filling out the application form on the Vietnamese Immigration Service website http://www.vietnam-immigration.org/

The letter must be printed out and provided to the visa officer of the consulate or border crossing point.

The regime of mutual travel is regulated by the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the conditions of mutual visa-free travel of citizens dated 21.10.1993.

Citizens of all countries can stay for 30 days on the island of Phu Quoc in the southern part of the country.
