World news agencies reported that the woman accused American singer Bob Dylan of repeated sexual violence in 1965, when she was 12 years old.
The appeal was filed in court on Friday. She alleges that Dylan forced the plaintiff to take drugs and alcohol and repeatedly sexually abused her.
Dylan’s spokesman said the musician and Nobel laureate had denied the allegations.
