The incident took place on Kite Beach. There, in shallow water, a shark appeared among the swimmers, it swam very close to the man and woman. Beachgoers and lifeguards stood on the shore, fearing to go into the water. The swimmers were saved by the fact that they slowly moved toward the beach, without making sudden movements.
