The cold temperature for a beach holiday, almost winter, in the first days of the week was announced for tourists by the Egyptian Meteorological Department. However, the unstable weather conditions that have prevailed in the country since last week will soon subside: by Friday it will be warmer and the weather will be fine and sunny.
At the beginning of the week in all parts of the country especially cold weather is expected at night – the thermometer will fluctuate in a wide range from + 3 ° C to + 15 ° C. List the average temperature:

- Cairo: + 17 ° C
- Kena: + 22 ° C
- Luxor: + 23 ° C
- Hurghada: + 20 ° C
- Sharm el-Sheikh: + 21 ° C

Active winds are expected not only on the northern coast, where the Mediterranean resorts are concentrated (El Salum, Alexandria, etc.), but also on the Red Sea coast (Hugrad, El Gouna, Sharm el-Sheikh, Safaga, Marsa Alam, Dahab , Taba, etc.). Waves in the Mediterranean will be moderate in the range of 1.5 to 2.25 meters in height with northwestern and northeastern airflow. Waves in the Red Sea – from moderate to strong, 2 to 2.5 meters high with a north-westerly direction, so swimmers should be careful.
By the weekend, winter weather will give way to hot sun and cloudless skies. The temperature in Hurghada will gradually rise, reaching +25 ° C during the day and + 17-18 ° C at night by the end of the week – in such favorable weather you can sunbathe all day. Judging by the average data for the past few years, next week the water temperature in the Red Sea will warm up to a pleasant + 25 ° C.
The weather in Sharm el-Sheikh is also forecast to be cloudless and even warmer than in Hurghada: if the column stays around + 20 ° C at the beginning of the week during the day, the air in Sharm el-Sheikh will warm up to + 26 ° C by the end of the week. At night in the resort of the Sinai Peninsula, the temperature will not fall below + 18 ° C.
