Tourists were warned about the danger that is approaching Turkey. According to the Meteorological Service of Turkey, from Friday to Sunday in many regions of the country, a sharp deterioration of the weather, heavy precipitation, snowfall, and stormy winds is expected.
Thus, according to forecasts, heavy snowfall is expected in Istanbul, which is the main tourist center of city tours for tourists in the winter period. The air temperature can drop to -5 degrees, and the height of the snow cover will reach 20 centimeters. The authorities urge residents and visitors to the city to be careful. At the same time, the bad weather will continue all weekend and will not begin to improve until the middle of next week.
Extreme cold weather is not expected in Antalya, the temperature will drop from +19 to +17°C on Friday. Rain is also promised for the whole weekend. The heaviest rain is expected on Saturday.
