According to Russian banks, from March 10, MasterCard and Visa cards of international payment systems issued by them will not be accepted abroad: it will be impossible to withdraw money, make transfers, and pay for purchases in stores. Banks are urging customers to get cash as soon as possible, and compatriots abroad are already facing difficulties.
