National carrier Pakistan International Airlines has issued instructions for its flight attendants. One of the company’s rules caused resentment among employees, according to First Post.
The airline’s management considered that not all employees treat their appearance with due pedantry. This, in their opinion, spoils the impression not only about the staff but also about the air carrier as a whole. In the published official document, the wearing of underwear is prescribed as a separate item. This part of the instructions angered the flight attendants.
Representatives of Pakistan International Airlines have publicly admitted that “inappropriate words” were chosen in the process of drafting new recommendations for employees.
