Planet Cruise has prepared a ranking of the best cities for solo travelers. The top includes Tokyo, Prague, and Beijing.
Experts studied 56 popular tourist locations. Each was considered according to the following parameters:
- security level;
- “friendliness index” of the population;
- average cost of hotel accommodation per night for one person;
- number of events only “for groups”;
- number of attractions;
- cost of a public transport ticket.
The five most comfortable cities for travelers look like this:
Tokyo, (Japan);
Prague, (Czech Republic);
Beijing, (China);
Hanoi (Vietnam);
Shanghai (China).
“Tokyo has the most attractions, 10,000, of any city on the list. With the fourth best safety score (76), it is a safe place to travel alone,” the analysts commented.
