The Mirror writes that restaurateurs in Mallorca (Spain) have decided to introduce a dress code for tourists – they no longer want to serve naked guests.
Thus, the owners of cafes and restaurants in the Playa de Palma resort area are dissatisfied with guests from the UK who go to lunch without changing after the beach – in swimming trunks, bikinis, T-shirts, and shorts.
So, several establishments have placed QR codes at the entrance so that customers can scan them and check if their clothes comply with a dress code called Smart Chic. Also, those who wear clothes with inscriptions promoting “drunk” tourism will not be allowed into restaurants and cafes.
