A flight attendant in the United States put on a show for passengers before departure: the girl spoke about her airline, which could receive income from each additional service.
A video with a flight attendant of the American low-cost airline Spirit Airlines has spread from the network. Judging by the video published on TikTok, the woman is not satisfied with the airline’s policy, according to which passengers have to pay extra for any element of comfort.
The flight attendant shared her dissatisfaction ironically with the flight passengers from Dallas to Los Angeles.
“No, we don’t have sockets for your phones. If there were, you would have to pay us. No, we don’t have any blankets. If there were, you would have to pay us.
No, the seats do not recline. If they did, again, you would have to pay us,” the flight attendant announced over the speakerphone, making the passengers laugh.
They appreciated the courage of the stewardess and supported her. The reaction of social media users was not so unequivocal, but some noted her honesty and equanimity.
“She needs a promotion immediately,” wrote one user.
Another commenter called her behavior “unprofessional” and some even suggested firing her.
“It’s a ‘quiet layoff,’” another commenter said.
In other words, the girl’s behavior is explained by the circumstance: when the employee does not formally leave the company, but is dissatisfied with working conditions or wants to quit for other reasons.
Spirit Airlines has not yet released an official statement regarding the behavior of their employee.
