The authorities of the American state of Hawaii have simplified the rules of entry. This decision was made in accordance with the recommendations of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
So, when entering Hawaii, the mandatory quarantine period was reduced from ten to five days. Also, tourists no longer have to fill out a questionnaire 24 hours before the trip in order to receive a QR code – it is sent to tourists in an email after the flight information is transferred to the Safe Travels Program website.
The new rules also apply to those who are already in the state and undergoing quarantine: they will be able to leave the isolation after five days.
