A tourist visited Egypt in June and described the weather as “we knew where we were going.”
According to the traveler, even though she tolerates the heat well, on the day of arrival in Sharm el-Sheikh the air temperature was plus 47 degrees, and “it was impossible to breathe.” The tourist noted that the pool and the sea helped her escape from the heat since high temperatures are easier to bear near the water.
“Yes, you can’t walk around the city and its environs during the day. We got up very early, swam, then had breakfast, walked, and swam again. And they went to bed – siesta, gentlemen, – the girl told about the features of the rest. “Then lunch and after lunch the heat dropped a little (to plus 40), it seemed almost cool.”
