In the capital Baku (Azerbaijan), a pleasure boat with six people on board capsized in the Caspian Sea.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, the incident occurred in the Primorsky Boulevard area of the Sabail district of Baku as a result of damage to the lower part of the boat and water entering the hull.
A diving and search group from the State Service for Supervision of Small Vessels and Water Rescue, a detachment from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the water police urgently rushed to the site.
Three crew members and three passengers who found themselves in a dangerous situation were rescued.
