Airports, ports, railway stations, and bus stations in Tunisia are expected to be closed, as well as the cancellation of flights to and from the country due to a general strike in the transport sector on January 25 and 26, according to the Tunisian Situation Center. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on its website.
The Transport Federation of the Union of Trade Unions UGTT in Tunisia confirmed the strike after failed negotiations with the government. The protests will affect land, air, and sea transport.
