The Kremlin is losing Russia, former Russian Foreign Minister Andrey Kozyrev said in an interview with Russian independent television Deszcz. The former diplomat reminded the Russian military that it is their duty to defend the Motherland, and not to participate in the murder of Ukrainian brothers.
On Thursday, Vladimir Putin gave the order to attack Ukraine. His actions condemned the world and imposed sanctions.
Andrei Kozyrev, who headed the Russian Foreign Ministry from 1990 to 1996, called Russia’s actions in Ukraine a crime.
– There will be no victory. It will be a shame to leave, if only they, like the Afghans, let their tanks cross the bridge at the last moment and, of course, make reparations, the former Russian diplomat emphasized.
“Stop following criminal orders,” Andrei Kozyrev addressed the soldiers.
Andrei Kozyrev criticized modern Russian diplomacy, which, in his opinion, is assigned the role of “butler”.
