At least three civilians were killed in Russian artillery and rocket fire in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, Ukrainian authorities said.
Thirty-one people were injured, said today the governor of the region Oleg Sinegubov in the application for the exchange of messages Telegram.
In total, Russian troops shelled areas of the regional capital of Kharkiv and surrounding villages 23 times. A rocket strike was also carried out.
Sinegubov warned Kharkiv residents not to go outside without good reason.
