The Czech Ministry of Defense has said that local companies will repair Ukrainian military equipment damaged during fighting with the Russian army, according to the Associated Press.
The ministry said the first contract called for the repair of Soviet T-64 tanks. After that, various armored vehicles such as BRD and BRDM will be repaired, BTA reports.
The Czech Republic is the first partner country to which Ukraine has made such a request, said the Ministry of Defense in Prague.
