Russian shelling kills and wounds civilians in Poltava and Luhansk oblasts

At least two civilians have been killed and four wounded in Russian attacks in Ukraine, Reuters reported today, citing local officials.

One person was killed and three were injured in shelling in eastern Luhansk Oblast, Governor Serhiy Haidai said in an online post. In Lysychansk and Severodonetsk, the gas pipeline is damaged, there is no gas or water, Gaidai said in a statement in the Telegram messaging application.

“Evacuate while it’s still possible,” Gaidai said, adding that the buses are ready for those who want to evacuate from the region.

One person was killed and one was injured in an attack last night in a village near Poltava, regional governor Dmytro Lunin told Telegram.
