Kyiv: Russian Defense Minister Shoigu had a heart attack

Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko stated that the Minister of Defense of Russia Serhiy Shoigu suffered a heart attack.

Sergei Shoigu did not appear in public from March 11 to 24, when he briefly appeared on Putin’s video.

“The heart attack in Shoigu came after Putin was harshly accused of a complete failure of the Ukrainian invasion,” Gerashchenko wrote on Facebook. According to him, Shoigu is now “recovering” in hospital.

So far, Russian authorities have not reported any health problems to Shoigu, the BBC reports.
