Russia’s talks with Ukraine have been difficult, but the main thing is that they continue. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, RIA Novosti reported, citing NBC.
Peskov added that Russia would like to continue talks with Ukraine in neighboring Belarus, but Kyiv opposed the idea.
Russia and Ukraine held several rounds of talks in Belarus last month before their delegation met live in Istanbul a few days ago.
