“From 20:00 on March 15 to 07:00 on March 17, a ban on travel through Kyiv without special passes is introduced,” Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said on his Telegram channel.
“According to the decision of the military command from today – March 15, from 20:00 – curfew is imposed in Kiev. It is forbidden to move around the city without special passes. You can leave only to get to the shelter. Curfew will last until 07:00 17 March, “Klitschko wrote.
