In the Russian Federation officially named the purposes of the second phase of “special operation”

Russia has said it plans to establish full control of Donbass and southern Ukraine as part of the “second phase of the special operation.”

The deputy commander of the Central Military District, Major General Rustam Minekayev, said that this would give the Russian armed forces another way out of Transnistria, TASS reports.

Objectives:

• Control over Donbass;
• Creation of a land corridor to the Crimea;
• Control over the South of Ukraine and access to Transnistria.
