“Several fighters from the Special Operations Unit of the British Armed Forces have arrived in Ukraine,” The Times reported.
According to newspaper sources, the British military began a mission in the Kiev region about two weeks ago. “Their main goal is to educate their Ukrainian colleagues,” the media added.
“One of the tasks of the British is to train the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to use the British anti-tank missile system NLAW,” – adds the Times.
“The Ministry of Defense in London has not confirmed the details of the deployment of British troops in Ukraine,” adds the BBC.
