According to Sky News, 27 countries, including the UK and the US, have agreed to provide Ukraine with more weapons, medical supplies and other military aid to help it resist the Russian invasion.
According to Sky News, British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace organized a virtual donor conference on military assistance to Ukraine on Friday evening. It was reported that each participating country agreed to contribute. They were to provide both lethal assistance such as ammunition, anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons, and non-lethal assistance such as medical supplies.
The conference participants believe that this assistance can be provided even immediately, when almost the entire territory of Ukraine is fought with Russian troops.
Sky News does not list the countries that have announced aid, but does indicate that there are some that previously opposed sending weapons to Ukraine but decided to do so after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an invasion. In addition, among the 27 countries should be those that are not members of NATO.
