Chicken eggs are an integral part of many people’s diets. Many nutritionists and nutritionists argue about the rate of consumption of this product and its safe storage.
Chicken eggs are rich in protein, as well as calcium, phosphorus, lecithin and calciferol, says nutritionist Razarenova. According to her, eating five or six eggs a week will bring maximum benefits to our body, but we should not eat more than two eggs a day.
“A healthy adult can consume up to two or three eggs a day. Egg whites can be more. Theoretically, a healthy person can eat more eggs a day, but I’m a fan of variety on a plate, in addition to other basic animal proteins: meat, fish, poultry, seafood and offal”, – explains Razarenova.
Patients with certain diseases should limit the number of eggs in their diet, the expert advises.
“People with chronic and acute gastrointestinal diseases, as well as those who are at high risk of cardiovascular disease and overweight, should eat eggs with caution and be limited to one egg a day,” said the doctor.
