The ban will affect, in particular, Russians with Schengen visas issued in other countries.
This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Urmas Reinsalu. “Don’t come to Estonia with Schengen visas, you are not welcome here,” he commented on the entry ban for Russians.
