The Tourism Authority of Thailand has officially stated that the kingdom continues to receive all foreign tourists in accordance with the conditions of entry in force from October 1, 2022, without restrictions.
According to the website, international travelers are not required to show proof of vaccination. In addition, foreign tourists are not required to present the results of an antigen or PCR test.
TAT expects Thailand to welcome 25 million foreign tourists in 2023, twice the number in 2022.
It was previously reported that the Thai government is renewing vaccination requirements for entry into the country. This decision was explained by the fact that China is lifting covid restrictions, and Thailand is the main destination for travelers from this country.
