Millionaire Offers $100,000 to Passenger on Airplane for Unusual Service

American tycoon Steve Kirsch has been criticized after a controversial post that garnered more than 30 million views. The businessman turned to his neighbor with an “immodest proposal.”

According to the New York Post, the man offered the girl $100,000 for one favor.

“I’m in first class on a Delta flight. My roommate refused to take $100,000 to take her mask off for the duration of the flight. I’m not kidding. Even after I explained to her that they were meaningless. She works for a pharmaceutical company,” signed photo millionaire.

According to the Post, Kirsch made his fortune in Silicon Valley, with an estimated net worth of $230 million in 2007.

According to the publication, in 2020, Kirsch created a research fund for potential treatments for COVID, investing a million dollars in the venture. However, he has since changed his attitude toward vaccines.

“I started bidding with $100 and explained to her that she could still get infected by removing her mask while eating and drinking. Maybe next time I’ll sit next to someone who has a Silicon Valley bank account,” added the millionaire.

Postmen collected about 32 thousand comments and 50 thousand likes. But not everyone supported Kirsch: commentators called the millionaire “crazy” and “idiot.”

“There is ample evidence that removing the mask for a short time to eat does not negate the protection provided by wearing a mask for many hours, since infection is associated with viral load. Your behavior was inappropriate and you should have apologized,” the practitioner replied.

“Hasted a woman doing her own thing in a confined space… Nice,” said another user.

“I’m sure she appreciated the harassment. What an idiot,” added a third user.

Nevertheless, some commentators reacted to the proposal with humor and wrote that they would gladly accept it.

“I wish I could sit next to you. I would be $100,000 richer and could finally buy my daughter’s dream home,” said one of Kirsch’s supporters.

“Now people will fly with you wearing masks on purpose to get this tempting offer,” joked another.
