Indonesia cancels tests for vaccinated tourists

Indonesia is canceling PCR and rapid tests for vaccinated tourists and outdoor masks, CNN Indonesia reported. This was stated by Indonesian President Joko Widodo.

Tourists will now need a vaccination certificate and insurance covering COVID-19 treatment to enter. You also need to install the Peduli Lindungi mobile application, provide a return air ticket and obtain a business visa (issued through host Indonesian companies).

Even though the Indonesian authorities have lifted the requirement to wear masks outdoors, they will still be required in crowded places, public transport and indoors.
