According to NBC News, on January 1, a man was found in the engine of a plane at Salt Lake City Airport in the United States.
A man climbed into the engine of a Delta Airlines plane flying to San Francisco. The plane was already undergoing anti-icing treatment with the engines turned on when the dispatcher ordered them to be turned off urgently. It turned out that an employee of a store at the airport saw an unknown person enter the platform through a service exit and run towards the plane.
The unconscious man was taken out of the air intake by the security service, but the doctors who arrived were unable to save him.
The perpetrator was identified as 30-year-old Kyler Efinger with a ticket and boarding pass to Denver, Colorado. He climbed into the plane’s engine under the influence of drugs.
