As a follow-up to the agreements reached at the June 16 meeting of Russian Presidents Vladimir Putin and the United States, Joe Biden, a new round of the Russian-American dialogue on strategic stability will take place in Geneva on July 28. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, circulated on Friday.
According to the press release, the interdepartmental delegations of the parties will be headed by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov and US First Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman.
As reported, they will discuss issues of maintaining and strengthening strategic stability, as well as the prospects for arms control.
