Travel regime for citizens of Ukraine
Entry mode: Visa-free
Citizens of Ukraine who visit Montenegro for up to 90 days within 180 days from the date of first entry will enter its territory with a valid passport to travel abroad (child’s travel document), health insurance policy and proof of financial security at the rate of 50 euros on the day of stay.
WARNING!
On 26 June 2013, the EU Council approved technical amendments to the Schengen Borders Code, which entered into force on 19 July 2013, with the exception of certain provisions.
These changes, among other things, supplement Article 5 of the Code with provisions that provide new requirements for the validity of travel documents when entering the EU of third-country nationals, namely: “travel document must be issued no earlier than the last 10 years.”
Citizens under the age of 16 may enter Montenegro only with the consent of both parents (adoptive parents, guardians) and accompanied by them or by persons authorized by them.
