In the Turkish resort of Side in the early morning, there was a fire in the hotel. There are no casualties, but tourists have to be relocated. The causes of the fire are being investigated. We are talking about the Pemar Beach 5 * hotel on the Turkish Side.

According to tourists on social networks, the fire started at 4 am. Judging by the published photographs, the fire occurred in the technical part of the hotel, in the backyard. None of the tourists in the hotel was hurt.

However, the evacuation was still needed. It is stated that tourists are being relocated to other hotels.

The causes of the fire are being investigated. One of the versions is technical problems like a short circuit. But they do not exclude the criminal trace.

Recall that Turkish law enforcement agencies are confident that some of the fires in the resorts, which are again extremely straining the tourism industry, are caused by arson. This applies in particular to a fire in a forest area near the resort town of Manavgat in the province of Antalya, where an area of 200 square meters was damaged. The fire broke out around 14:00 in the forest near the hotel strip. Eyewitnesses reported the smoke to emergency services. Upon notification, teams from the Forestry Department and the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality were sent to the area. The fire was localized in a short time by the forces of brigades and locals. Fortunately, the fire did not reach the hotels.

When inspecting the area, emergency services found matchboxes at the point of exit from the fire, which became clear evidence of the acts of the attackers and led experts to the version of deliberate arson.
