Ukraine is included in the list of countries of the so-called “green” zone. In this regard, the entry of Ukrainian citizens to France is in accordance with the immigration rules of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of France (https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/L-actu-du-Ministere/Attestation-de-deplacement -et-de-voyage) under the following conditions:
1. There are no restrictions on entry if a citizen of Ukraine is vaccinated with one of the vaccines recognized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and authorized for use in France. These include Pfizer / Comirnaty, Moderna, AstraZeneca / Vaxzevria / Covishield and Jansen / Johnson & Johnson vaccines. In this case, vaccination is considered complete if 28 days have passed since the vaccination with Janssen vaccine and 7 days since the second dose in the case of vaccination with other vaccines – Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeeca, Vaxzevria, Covishield). Border control requires a document confirming vaccination and a declaration of no symptoms of Covid-19 and / or no contact with persons infected with Covid-19.
2. If a citizen of Ukraine has not been vaccinated, he may enter France in the presence of a PCR test performed not earlier than 72 hours before entry, or an antibody test performed not earlier than 24 hours. before entry.
These entry conditions apply to both adults and children (12 years of age and older).
