The European Union will continue to increase pressure on Russia over the situation in Ukraine and will provide military support to Kyiv. This was stated by German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbok at a joint press conference with her Estonian counterpart Eva-Maria Limets in Tallinn, according to the German TV channel NTV.
“In Brussels, we are working on the next package of [sanctions]. We will increase the pressure on the Russian military machine and at the same time do everything to continue to support Ukraine with weapons and equipment,” Burbock said.
Further details of the new package of sanctions against Russia are not yet reported.
