The authorities of the United Arab Emirates are easing quarantine restrictions due to the improvement of the COVID-19 epidemiological situation. The National Emergency and Disaster Management Authority has allowed hotels to resume operations at full capacity.
At the same time, the maximum occupancy rate of shopping malls, cinemas and catering establishments has been increased to 80%. At the same time, the halls for events can be filled with 60% of visitors.
Up to 10 people are allowed to sit at tables in restaurants and cafes, but all visitors are required to wear masks when traveling around the establishments. The events also require the constant wearing of masks and social distance.
The maximum occupancy of public transport is allowed at 75%. Wedding halls can be filled with 60% of guests, but their number should not exceed 300.
It is noted that only fully vaccinated visitors will be allowed to the events and exhibitions, provided that less than six months have passed since the last dose. Elderly people and people with chronic diseases will be admitted to the event within three months of receiving the second dose.
